On February 5th, the centralized groundbreaking ceremony for key projects in the first quarter of 2025 was held in Xi’an High – tech Zone. A total of 23 projects started construction on – site, with a total investment of 27.16 billion yuan. The 23 projects that started construction on that day cover fields such as advanced manufacturing, modern services, social undertakings, and infrastructure. Among them, industrial projects continue to account for a high proportion. Sixteen advanced manufacturing projects, including the technological transformation plant for the new – generation CPLog complete equipment of China National Logging & Testing Services and the renovation and expansion of the BYD High – tech Zone plant, have a total investment of 22.937 billion yuan. These projects feature an optimized industrial structure, high technological content, and strong driving capabilities. Four modern service projects, such as the Xia Center and the Zhongyue Business Center, with a total investment of 3.93 billion yuan, will accelerate the formation of a headquarters economy cluster and boost the construction of the “twin cities” at a faster pace. Three social – undertaking and infrastructure projects, with a total investment of approximately 294 million yuan, will further fill the gaps in urban supporting facilities and enhance the sense of happiness and quality of life of the people.
